Maffei Alberti e Associati is a boutique law firm – founded in 1969 by Alberto Maffei Alberti, professor of Commercial Law at the Department of Law of the University of Bologna. The Firm’s specialist fields include corporate law, business crisis regulations, contract law, industrial and competition law, as well as banking and financial markets law.
