Having enrolled during the 2013/2014 Academic Year, she attended a degree course in Law at the Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna, and obtained an exceptional mark of 110/110 cum laude in the 2018/2019 Academic Year, with a thesis entitled “La sollecitazione delle deleghe di voto: profili di corporate governance” (Proxy solicitation: corporate governance aspects), supervised by Professor Gianluca Guerrieri. Her thesis analysed an issue that has been long debated in Italy and subject to a major reform with the enactment of Legislative Decree No. 27/2010, which implements the so-called Shareholders’ Rights Directive.
She obtained a high school diploma from Liceo Scientifico “G. Marconi” in Foligno, attending a bilingual course and studying English and French. She obtained the IELTS recognition of English language certificate on 20 July 2017 with a score of 7/9 (CEFR level C1). She studied French for eight years, still maintaining an adequate level of proficiency.
She registered as a Trainee Lawyer with the Bologna Bar Association on 23 April 2019 and joined the Firm that same year.
