Alessandro Fabbri works in the field of civil, commercial and banking law. He has specific experience in the field of business crisis management law, as regards both judicial and/or insolvency proceedings and arrangement solutions to business crises. In this field, on several occasions he has assisted the bodies appointed to administer insolvency proceedings in litigations brought by them to have legal acts detrimental to creditors declared null and void (in particular, claw-back and bankruptcy claw-back actions), as well as in liability actions against the management and control bodies of the companies involved in such proceedings. He has also worked on consumer credit and business debt collection cases. He has gained in-depth knowledge and experience of arbitration proceedings by virtue of his numerous appointments as both sole arbitrator and member of arbitration panels.
As regards his out-of-court activities, he mainly provides business advisory and contract management services. In recent years, he has gained significant experience in advising and providing ongoing assistance in special administration proceedings involving large insolvent companies.
Since 2011, he has been a professional mediator, registered with the mediation body of the Bar Association of Bologna. He is also an arbitrator at the Chamber of Arbitration of Forlì-Cesena and at the Chamber of Arbitration of Milan. He qualified to practice before the Court of Cassation in 2005.
He has been a member of the Bologna Bar Association since 1992. He joined the law firm in 1988.
